The body requires and demands time to replenish and repair. We created this delicious nutrient dense shake recipe to aid in your recovery.

1.5 coconut water
2 tbsp of chia seeds (soaked in the coconut water for 10 minutes)
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 ripe banana
Handful of strawberries or blueberries
1 scoop plant based protein (we use Vega)
Handful of ice
